Noa’Lia is an operator-led software studio based in Ljubljana. We build and run our own AI-native products — and put the same engineering into the software, AI, and infrastructure we deliver to clients.

Noa’Lia is built the opposite way. We’re a lean, operator-led studio: senior ownership, AI-native tooling, and a fixed scope quoted up front. The incentive is to ship something fast, secure, and durable — because that’s also how we run our own products.
We build developer tooling and AI-native software that we operate in production ourselves. When you hire us, you get that same discipline applied to your problem — and you keep the code, the docs, and full ownership of what gets built.

We own our IP and operate our own infrastructure — and you own what we build for you. Source code and handover documentation come with every project. No lock-in.
Honest by default
Fixed starting ranges, not an open hourly meter. Third-party costs billed to you directly, never marked up. We'd rather re-scope honestly than let a bill quietly drift.
